Renovations and Remodeling:

Renovation and remodeling contractors typically have us 3d laser scan and produce as-built documentation of the space after it has been demo'd.

Remodeling contractors save tremendous amounts of $$ and time using our construction as-built services because they can make construction changes to adapt to the real existing conditions.

The as-builts the renovation contractors request can either be 2d as-built drawings or full 3d Revit, Rhino, or AutoCAD models.

We use very accurate scanners (+-1/8") to complete our construction as-built laser scanning.

We can bring several 3d scanners to the site to quickly capture the space and minimize impacts on daily activities.

We can capture a 1000 3d laser scans in a day allowing us to capture huge amounts of area rapidly.

We can accurately create 2d or 3d as-built surveys in the space. This includes:

Below shows the combined colorized 3d scans from a gut renovation project we did for a remodeling contractor in NYC. The colorized scans allow us to quickly identify different piping, wall, floor, and column types.

Additionally, we will capture the contractor north/south axis lines to place in the model for reference.
